This class is geared toward advanced beginners and intermediate players looking for new ways to add style and musicality to their playing.  Working with different melody techniques, we will explore phrasing, rhythmic diversity, backup strums, damping, ear training and improvisation on a variety of styles of music.  Students should be ready to learn to play by ear, read notation and be familiar with basic chord patterns on their harps.
