Creole Cooking mini-course

Come
and enjoy a fun down home Louisiana hands-on class while learning
a little history from my upbringing. I was born in Lake Charles
Louisiana and was raised in a little town in the country called
Lawtell/Opelousas. I will be teaching you the authentic way
to cook at least four Southwest Louisiana Creole dishes. I
now live in California and teach Creole cooking class out
of my home. Here are some of the dishes you will learn:
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Boulettes and Gravy (Spicy Meatballs
), Smothered Orka w/Chicken, Beignets, and Red Beans with
some type of meat. We will also try desserts like Peach Cobbler,
and some Pecan Praline candy, and more to come. Materials
for class will be around $35.00.
