Joe Newberry is a longtime Augusta staff favorite whose teaching ability and wide interests in old-time music have been showcased here. An award-winning banjo player as well as a talented singer, Joe will offer advanced techniques and styles in his advanced banjo class and will teach afternoon workshops on traditional singing.
