Robbie O'Connell

Robbie O'Connell (Songwriting) was born in Waterford, Ireland and grew up in County Tipperary. In 1977, he joined the Clancy Brothers, who went on to become goodwill ambassadors for Irish song around the globe.  Robbie has toured with fiddle great, Eileen Ivers, multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire, Seamus Egan and with Mick Moloney in various incarnations of The Green Fields of America. With numerous recordings and original songs to his credit, Robbie remains an Augusta favorite.
