Lasairfhiona Ni Chonaola (pronounced Lah-sah-reena) is a singer/songwriter deeply rooted in the sean-nós singing style of her home in the Aran Islands, of Western Ireland. Her innovative approach to Irish music and new slant on traditional singing brings new generations of enthusiasts to Celtic music. A graduate in Celtic Studies from Trinity College Dublin, a broad range of contemporary music informs her singing.
