Jane Vidrine

Jane Vidrine has been learning from the definitive masters of the genre since she was a child. She performed with and documented fiddlers and singers from the remnant French-speaking culture of Old Mines, Missouri. She studied fiddle with the late Lionel LeLeux and Dick Richard. She works with Louisiana Voices, a program that prepares schools for the important task of preserving Louisiana’s unique cultural heritage.
