Jimmy Heffernan

Jimmy Heffernan has toured and recorded with a host of bluegrass greats including Bill Keith, Larry Sparks, Red Allen, and Bill Grant & Delia Bell. Jimmy played Dobro with bluegrass-singer-turned-country-star, Joe Diffie, for nine years as a member of the Grand Ole Opry while making mainstream TV appearances on Regis and Kathy Lee, The Tonight Show, Good Morning America, and Hee Haw. He toured worldwide with superstar Brad Paisley’s band for two years. Jimmy collaborated with Dobro legend Mike Auldridge on the celebrated 2003 release “The Resocasters.” Auldridge calls Jimmy Heffernan, “The best Dobro teacher out there.”   www.jimmyheffernan.com
