Terry Baucom

Terry Baucom is one of the most-copied banjo players in bluegrass music. With Ricky Skaggs and Jerry Douglas, he co-founded Boone Creek, a seminal band that also featured Vince Gill. In 1979, Terry became a founding member of Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, recording five releases with them before also co-founding three more important acts; "IIIrd Tyme Out", "Lou Reid,  Terry Baucom & Carolina" and "Blue Ridge." He re-joined Doyle Lawson in 2003 and is featured on their award-winning 2007 "More Behind The Picture Than The Wall" CD.  Terry has a new instructional banjo DVD out and a solo CD is in the works. www.terrybaucom.com
